For Your Payment...

We accept all major credit cards - MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Discover & prepaid credit cards. Debit, credit, cash & checks are accepted for service/product payments. A $20.00 fee will be charged for any bounced check.

Gratuities are accepted in the form of cash, venmo or check (written out to the technician.)

Adding a tip to a credit card charge will result in a $2.00 fee.

 

For Your Benefit...

We seek to ensure a healthy environment and a restful setting for all of our clients; therefore, the use of cell phones on the second floor is not permitted. Please silence your devices.

 

For Your Information...

If there is a need to cancel an appointment, we ask to be notified 24 hours in advance. For any cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or not showing to a scheduled appointment, there will be a 50% charge of the service price.

If a client is late for a scheduled appointment, a full treatment may not be possible, but a full charge is expected. Please arrive on-time for your appointment to avoid this.

In order to hold a "Day of Beauty" appointment or any appointment longer than two hours, a credit card number or gift certificate is required to hold the appointment. There will not be a charge unless the client does not show or cancels last minute.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a particular service, we are more than happy to attempt to rectify the situation. We are not able to offer cash refunds.
